Grad Group Histroy（1993-2023）

In 1993, Qinghe ventilation machine company is established, original name of GRAD.
In 1997, named changed into “Shandong Detong Industrial Co., Ltd." and the first 100-ton GRP storage tank successfully produced.
In 1998, Detong factory got ISO certification.
In 2000, Detong cooperated with USA company to introduce advanced GRP products manufacturing technology.
In 2003,Detong SMC output exceeded 4,000 tons.
In 2004,Detong introduced advanced central air conditioning chiller manufacturing technology.
In 2005, Detong moved to a new 600mu area factory and changed name to “Shandong GRAD Group Co.,Ltd.” GRP winding pipe was honored as "Shandong Province Famous Brand Product".
In 2006,GRP winding pipe was honored as "China Famous Brand".
In 2007, Fan Wall technology for combined AHU was introduced from USA and exported Fan Wall AHU to Philippines
In 2008, GRAD cooling towers served National Olympic Sports Center and first DN12000 GRP round tank was produced
In 2009, GRAD got 40 patents, and Fan Wall AHU was listed in Torch Plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
In 2010, Fan Wall AHU passed China National scientific and technological achievement appraisal.
In 2011, GRAD composite material branch company was established.
In 2012, GRAD was honored as "Top Ten System Integration Enterprises in China's Ground Source Heat Pump Industry", and "Shandong Province Innovative Enterprise". The first 420,000 m³/h combined AHU was produced successfully. GRAD 1000mu industrial park Plan was proposed.
In 2013, Water Cooled Centrifugal Chiller was produced and GRAD celebrated its 20th Anniversary.
In 2014, the first phase of 1000mu industrial park was finished and got into operation. GRAD "Caring Household Head Fund Committee" was formally established.
In 2015, GRAD chiller test laboratory passed the CNAS certificate and GRAD started paperless office work.
In 2016, GRAD was listed in "Top Ten Chiller Manufacturers in Ground Source Heat Pump Industry".
In 2017, GRAD was listed in "Top 500 Chinese Machinery Companies".
In 2018, GRAD USA branch is established, GRAD starts its new cooperation with customers from developed countries.
In 2019, GRAD was listed in "2019 Shandong Province Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprise". GRAD GRP products served for the 70th Anniversary National Day Military Parade.
In 2020, GRAD donated RMB200,000 to help prevent and control COVID-19.
In 2021, GRAD was selected as one of the top ten provincial-level enterprises supporting high-quality development in the new energy industry.
In 2022, GRAD intellectual property work has made historic achievements: GRAD intellectual property examiner practice base was approved to be established and was successfully selected into the recommendation list of "2022 Intellectual Property Powerful Country Construction Demonstration Enterprise" and "National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise" and "Nationally Recognized Enterprise Technology Center", marking that GRAD intellectual property work has reached a new level.
In 2023, GRAD GRP products was VDA approved by Siemens,GRP winding pipe was approved by KS standard and GRAD celebrated its 30th anniversary.
GRAD was, is and will be on its way to be better and better.....
