I. Characteristics

DFBZ、BDFBZ series new axial fans are suitable for wall installation. They are improvement of T35-11 series axial fans, retaining all of its advantages of performance with following characteristics:

1. Stable operation and air flow, inlet and outlet air of the fans are evenly distributed.

2. Little-vibration, low noise, we have strict quality control for the key parts to minimize the vibration and noise. By measurement, the effective value of vibration speed is 1.3mm/s (standard is 6.3mm/s), noise is 30.4dB (A) (standard is 38dB (A)).

3. Rain-proof and air flow backward-proof: there are self-drooping louver at the outlet of fans with its balance weight adjusted in the factory. When the fan stops, air valve shuts up automatically to prevent pour of rain and wind. When the fan starts, the louver is blown aside.

4. Easy installation: the casing is made into square; therefore square holes are reserved in construction design. When the fan is put into the hole from outside, squeeze rubber between wall and the fan, then smooth with cement mortar. Then fix ledger plate and clamping the flange by M10 expansion bolts.

II. Application and working conditions:

(1) The series fans are widely used in power stations, workshops, warehouses, offices and housing for ventilation. 

(2) The fan should not transport adhesive, fiber material and significant dust air. 

(3) The temperature should below 60 ℃.

III. Models and Application

 (1) DFBZ series are steel axial fans for exhausting uncorrosive air.

（2）BDFBZ series are of steel-casing and aluminum impeller(or nylon impeller) explosion-proof fans for flammable and explosive air, except corrosive air.

IV. Specifications

There are 3 rotate speed of the fans below 60m/s (see performance table) and 13 models of impeller's diameters. There are 5 angles of every model: 15o, 20o，25o，30o，35o. Air flow 552-58343m3/h，air pressure 32-420Pa. The air flow of explosion-proof ones is550~58300m3/h，air pressure is 30~390Pa with wide range models and various selections.

V. Structure

(1) The size of the same models of all series of fans are the same. They are composed of impeller, casing of internal round, external square shape, collector, safety net, self-drooping louver and electric motor. 

(2) Collector adopts the one-step molding arc streamline design, which ensures the inlet air volume.

(3) The improved YSF series and YBF are series equipped with the specified motor, enhancing its efficiency.
