I. Application

HL3-2A mixed flow fan is for ordinary ventilation while PYHL-14A can be applied to both ordinary ventilation and high temperature fume exhaust. 

1. HL3-2A fan can be applied to refrigeration, air-conditioning, textile, shipping and air conditioning projects in civil buildings. PYHL-14A is extensively applied to high-temperature fume exhaust in tunnels, underground garages and metallurgy. It can rapidly discharge smoke and drop temperature to help fire fighters enter the blaze if there is a fire. So it is necessary equipment for fire fighting.

2. Delivery gas: air and other gas which is non-spontaneous combustion, harmless to human and will not corrode steel. In special occasion, we can use explosive-proof mixed flow fan.

3. Impurity in the gas: No sticky material. The content of dust and other hard particular matter should be less than 150mg/m3.

4. Medium temperature: the maximum temperature is 80℃for HL3-2A fan, and 280℃ for PYHL-14A fan.

II. Structure

This type of fan is mainly made up of impeller, casing, airflow collector, deflector, and motor. Impellers are welded to the hub with six meridian accelerating function. It has gone through dynamic balancing test, and over speed test. It has very nice aerodynamic quality. 

The cylinder casing connects with the air collector which is equipped with silencer. The deflector at the outlet produces even air flow and stable pressure. The secondary air intake design of PYHL－14A fan effectively reduces the ambient temperature of the motor.

III. Performance and selection

1. Please check the performance table for the specific technical performance. The value listed in the table is obtained around the peak efficiency. It is divided into 5 kinds according to air flow rate. 

2. Total pressure of qualified fan under rated flow rate should not exceed ±5% in tolerance.

3. The performance value in the table is obtained under normal condition. Performance data in technical documentation and ordering requirement are also under normal condition. Normal condition means barometric pressure=101325pa, t=20℃, and relative humidityψ=50%. There are formula for condition that is different from the normal condition. 

4. fan have two kinds of installation: vertical and horizontal. Please note it in the order if you want vertical method. We can separately design the product if you have special requirement in flow rate, pressure, or installation size.
