Combined air conditioner
Grad Group meet the standards for GB/T14294-2008《Combined air conditioner》、GB/T14296-2008《Air cooler and air heater》and GB50736-2012《Civil building heating ventilation and air conditioning design specification》,and all products passed inspection by national test center.
There are many sections for chose ,like fresh air primary filter section,pre-heating section,air return section,heat coil section,cooling coil section,fan section and so on.
(1)Cooling (hot)coil section
There are cooling and reduction humidity function.It can be heating for air under 65℃.There is water dish and condenser water drainage.
Cooling coil (heat exchanger) adopt air conditioning copper tube with high quality aluminium fin. With high heat transfer efficiency;Easy to operation maintenance and clean.
Adopt USA OAK high speed punch machine to do fin.The OAK oil will be volatilization during punching.
Test pressure 2.0MPa,The Max working pressure:1.6MPa
(2)Fan section:
It adopt forward type low noise centrifugal fan.All fan impeller passed dynamic balance test, wheel bearings used low noise ball bearing without oil maintenance for long service life.Low noise, aerodynamic performance is good for the fan.The connection structure of the impeller and volute made to easy replace the wheel bearings and motor maintenance.At the bottom of the fan is equipped with JG type rubber shearing damper to make the whole wind turbine little vibration and low noise.
The motor insulation class is B level or F level;The protection class IP54 or IP55. (3)Filter:
There are primary efficiency filter ,high and medium efficiency filter according to requirement.Generally it is primary efficiency filter.
Primary efficiency filter is plate structure.The filter frame is gal.press.Filter efficiency G3(weight efficiency≥60%);Primary resistance 75Pa.Final resistance 150Pa;Filter efficiency F5;Medium efficiency filter efficiency can be reached F9.
(4)Dry steam humidity section:
Humidifying principle: Connect the saturated steam source by decompression and filter, saturated steam transverse flow inside the double nozzle coat, ring flow into the pipe bending, preheating the center nozzle, passed the baffle plate into the evaporation chamber;Due to the evaporation chamber facing sudden increase, reduce the steam flow rate,the condensate in the saturated steam is separated out and drainage by bottom drainage. Then the steam has been preheated into the drying chamber, drying chamber filled with stainless steel medium, absorb the noise of the steam flow, and filter the residual water and separation;Open the valve, the pressure of drying chamber fell, the evaporation temperature is reduced,the water in steam will be evaporation to realize the separation of saturated steam;Dry steam flow into the center steam nozzle, backward spray into the air for the air conditioner by stainless steel silencer and implements to humidify the air.

(5)Structure:
Framework is composed of closed aluminum profile, cross section shape is hole, the casing material is color steel plate with the folding resistance, good corrosion resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-acid, alkali and salt.And it will not fade 15 years.Inside and outer fill the delta = 30 mm thick polystyrene or polyurethane thermal insulation material to improve the stiffness of the shell and anti-corrosion ability;
