Linkage combined air valve developed on the basis of the air flow regulator is a large combined air valve, and the imporantant components of various kinds of environmental control ventilation mode.

It has a low leakage air volume control valve as the basic unit (hereinafter referred to as the monomer valve). The bottom frame and transmission mechanism get several monomer valve togethertp to combine to a big air valve with synchronized operationIt has all the advantages of the air volume control valve, and has convenient and flexible combination, and it can meet the needs of different ventilation cross-sectional area,and has the advantages of simple maintenance.

Can be applied to different technical requirements of large factories, warehouses, underground tunnels and other places needing larger air flow of ventilation and smoke exhaust system.

It uses  built-in plane four-bar transmission mechanism, and the transmission mechanism was hided within the valve framework, only main rod and main rocker arm exposed portion.

Built-in planar four-bar transmission mechanism of electric valve is more practical, smaller torque and more advanced, more environmentally friendly anti-corrosion, more neat and beautiful appearance.Combined air valve structure is mainly composed of single valve, the bottom box, transmission mechanism and actuator components.

1. single valve: low leakage air volume control valve.

2. bottom box: as a skeleton of a combined air valve, according to the specifications and the static pressure, choose different types of channel steel welded together, in order to assure the most enough rigidity and strength, surface anti-corrosion treatment at the same time.For ease of installation, generally by the combined air valve of rows or columns to make independent unit at the bottom of the box, the bottom box unit between bolting together, constitute the bottom of the box.

3.transmission mechanism :Actuators driving moment by  transmission mechanism acting on the monomer valve, can make its synchronous operation actuator using the typical planar four bar linkage.

4.actuator components: Combined air valve can use electric, manual two types of actuators, generally for the electric actuators, divided into analog and switch quantity control.
