I. Application

FZ40-11, FZ35-11 Textile axial flow ventilators are suitable for textile plants' ventilation, which has a simple structure, easy installation & maintenance, stable operation, high efficiency and  smooth performance curves with the advantage of large range flow control.

The fans are directive, dual speed motor driven with compact structure, are automatically controlled. The two speed motor can modify the fan's working conditions. The static impellers are installed to adjust the unit's working condition, when temperature changes in nights in order to save energy. Take FZ35-NO.20 as an example, 970r/min in summer, the needed power is 40Kw，730r/min in winter, only needs 17.5Kw。

II. structure

FZ40-11 type has models of №8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16; FZ35-11 has 3 models of 18, 20, 22.4 with 3 kinds of No. of blades of 5, 8, 10.

There are 5 angles of 8°、11°、14°、17°、20°.

Air pressure, volume and consumed power vary with different blades quantity, angles and rotate speed and the aperture of stationery guide blade.

III. structure characteristics:

This series fans encompass impellers, casing, air receiver, static blade adjustable device, diffuser, motor and support, etc. Impellers are airfoil twisting type, fixed on the cover plate. Unscrew the bolts, the blades' angle can be modulated. It is easy to fix and remove, for there are slots and screw holes on the axial sleeve. The casing is made of LF21. Impeller connects with the motor directly. Different motors are for different conditions (motors are disposed for damp-proof, mildew-proof and fume-proof "TH"). Fan performance refers to parameters table.

Air receiver, governing valve, diffuser are all made of steel sheet and section bars.

    The adjustable static blade impeller consists of 23 blades. The spindle installed before the duct with modulating range from 0° to 40°. Its working principle is like this, compressed air pushes air pump, with the alteration of pressure; the blades of the governing valve change its angle, regulating pressure and air flow. To meet different demands of customers, governing valve can be motor or hand regulated, specification shall be provided when ordering.

    This series fans has two installing patterns: vertical and concealed ones. The concealed type can be manufactured into wall-mounted (without trestle) or ground type (without duct), which should be specified when ordering. Meanwhile, the working condition should be provided, that is press-in or suck-in, for the manufacturer's supply.

  This series fans' exit dynamic pressure pd uses C3 to calculate, making its efficiency performance higher than the table.
