BND square counter flow FRP cooling tower is developed from the traditional square FRP cooling tower. Its structure and technology has been optimized designed; its parts have been properly used, and all the components and materials have gone through strict test and inspection. All these lay a foundation for its long service life and reliable operation. When equipped with new type frequency inverter, the fan can automatically regulate its speed according to the temperature of the cooling water under different temperature and load, aiming to save energy and reduce noise, which can save operating cost for the users.

Structure features

Motor

Fully-enclosed motor for cooling towers, suitable for long-term continuous operation in hot and humid environment, high efficiency, low noise, long life, high reliability. We can adopt domestic or imported motor and inverter according to customers’ requirements.

Belt and gearbox

Imported V-shaped belt. The gearbox is fully closed by shell. Double seal waterproof structure. It has been proved stable operation, low noise, good performance in anti-corrosion and waterproof after balancing commissioning,.

Fan

Electrochemical and antiseptic treatment surface has gone through balance test. Large angle and space warp structure produces large air volume, high efficiency, low noise and corrosion resistance ability.

Air duct

It is made of high quality FRP compound material. Arc transition section and smooth surface reduce the air resistance effectively and provide a nice air flow environment.

Panels and water collecting tank

Both parts are made of high quality FRP compound material. The surface is imported UV resistance gel coat, durable and strong.

Nozzle

Square nozzles give square spraying area without blind or overlap area. They distribute cooling water to every corner of the fill, and automatically self-clean. They are durable, high efficient and will not block.

Drift eliminator

It is made of high quality PVC material, which effectively reduces drift loss of the cooling tower

Fill

PVC material fill of Trapezoid shaped blocks assembly. It is hydrophilic and corrosion resistant. It also has a larger heat rejection area, lower air resistance, and higher cooling capacity.

Silencer mat

It is made of high quality acoustical material, corrosion resistance and effectively reduces the operating noise of cooling tower.

Frame

It is made of high-strength steel. The surface has gone through preservative treatment, corrosion resistance, light and easy to assemble.
